  The powder coating process involves several key steps to ensure that the fence receives a uniform and durable finish:

  1. Preparation

  Before applying the powder coating, the fence panels are thoroughly cleaned. This step removes any grease, dirt, or rust from the metal surface. The cleaning process may include sandblasting, chemical cleaning, or mechanical abrasion.

  2. Application

  Once the surface is prepared, the powder is applied using an electrostatic spray gun. The powder particles are charged and stick to the metal surface, creating an even coat. This method allows for precise application and eliminates the need for messy liquid paint.

  3. Curing

  The coated fence panels are then placed in an oven, where they are heated to a temperature of around 180-200°C. The heat causes the powder to melt and flow, bonding tightly to the metal surface, and creating a hard, durable coating. This curing process is crucial for ensuring the long-lasting properties of the powder coating.

  4. Cooling

  After curing, the coated fence panels are allowed to cool and harden. The cooling process helps solidify the coating and ensures it adheres firmly to the metal.
